EADS’s €2.3 Billion Placement of Common Stock

Cravath acted as U.S. counsel to the Lagardère group, the selling shareholder in connection with the €2.3 billion private placement of common stock of EADS, a global leader in aerospace, defense and related services. Following the completion of this offering, the Lagardère group has sold its entire stake in EADS. The transaction closed on April 12, 2013.
