Elad Roisman Moderates Panel at SIFMA’s 2023 Market Structure Conference

On November 2, 2023, Cravath partner Elad Roisman participated in SIFMA’s Market Structure Conference, which was held from November 1‑2, 2023, in New York. The event convened market participants to discuss the industry priorities, regulatory proposals, challenges and actionable changes impacting the U.S. market structure. Elad moderated a panel entitled “What’s New in Equity Market Structure?,” which examined the SEC’s equity market structure proposals, the Market Data Infrastructure Rule and issues affecting the U.S. equity markets.
