Elad Roisman Moderates Session at SIFMA’s Equity Market Structure Roundtable

On September 14, 2022, Cravath partner Elad Roisman participated in the SIFMA Equity Market Structure Roundtable. Elad moderated the afternoon session which reviewed SEC Chair Gary Gensler’s speech on potential reforms to the U.S. equity markets. The panelists discussed an SEC proposed best execution rule, the National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO): odd lots and new round lot acceleration, and updates to disclosure of order execution quality (SEC Rule 605).
