Elad Roisman Speaks at Investment Company Institute’s 2023 Securities Law Developments Conference

On October 26, 2023, Cravath partner Elad Roisman participated in the Investment Company Institute’s 2023 Securities Law Developments Conference, which was held virtually on October 24 and 26, 2023. During a keynote conversation entitled “A Conversation with Former Commissioner Roisman About the SEC (Past and Present),” Elad discussed the SEC’s current approach to rulemaking, exams and enforcement, as well as his experience working in the government.
