On March 14, 2023, Cravath partner Elad Roisman spoke at SIFMA’s 2023 C&L Annual Seminar in San Diego, CA. Elad spoke on a panel entitled “Equity and Fixed Income Market Structure Reforms: The Latest (But Not the Last),” which reviewed the SEC’s December 2022 equity market structure proposed rulemakings and the SEC’s January 2022 ATS proposed rules.
