Elad Roisman Speaks at the AICPA & CIMA Conference on Current SEC and PCAOB Developments

On December 4, 2023, Cravath partner Elad Roisman participated in the American Institute of CPAs (“AICPA”) and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (“CIMA”) Conference on Current SEC and PCAOB Developments in Washington, D.C. The event convened auditors, regulators and financial authorities to discuss the intricacies of financial reporting. During a keynote conversation entitled “A Conversation with Former SEC Commissioner Elad Roisman and Remarks from the Chief Accountant,” Elad discussed the SEC's and PCAOB’s focus areas and regulatory priorities related to accounting and auditing, as well as the SEC’s and PCAOB’s recent oversight and enforcement activities.
