Encana Corporation’s C$1.44 Billion Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (Canada), Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc., in connection with the C$1.44 billion registered common stock offering of Encana Corporation, a leading North American energy producer. The shares were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 16, 2015.
