Enstar Group Limited’s Registered Senior Notes Offering and Concurrent Cash Tender Offer

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $500 million registered senior notes offering of Enstar Group Limited (“Enstar”). Enstar is a multi‑faceted insurance group that offers innovative capital release solutions and specialty underwriting capabilities. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with Enstar’s concurrent $350 million cash tender offer. The registered senior notes offering closed on August 24, 2021 and the cash tender offer expired on August 20, 2021.
