Enstar Group’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Wells Fargo Securities, HSBC, J.P. Morgan Securities, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Barclays and nabSecurities, LLC, in connection with the $500 million registered senior notes offering of Enstar Group Limited. Enstar Group acquires and manages insurance and reinsurance companies in run-off and provides management, consulting and other services to the insurance and reinsurance industry. The transaction closed on May 28, 2019.
