LLC, PNC Capital Markets LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $400 million 144A/Reg. S senior notes offering of Entegris, Inc. Entegris, Inc. is a leading global developer, manufacturer and supplier of microcontamination control products, specialty chemicals and advanced materials handling solutions for manufacturing processes in the semiconductor and other high-technology industries. The transaction closed on April 30, 2020.
