Eric Hilfers on Panel of NASDAQ Program

On April 16, 2009, Cravath partner Eric W. Hilfers was a panelist on NASDAQ’s live webcast “Employee Stock Option Exchange Programs,” part of NASDAQ OMX’s web seminar series. Eric participated in a panel discussion that focused on the design and structure of these programs, issuer considerations, regulatory and tax considerations, working with shareholders and proxy advisors and voting patterns on underwater option exchanges.
