Eric Hilfers Speaks at International Bar Association Conference

On March 29, 2012, Cravath partner Eric W. Hilfers spoke at “The Paradigm of Employment Law,” presented by the International Bar Association and held in New York City. Eric spoke on a panel entitled “New Rules on Compensation,” which discussed the challenges for global companies, increasing scrutiny in the financial services sector and corporate governance developments.
