Euromoney Honors Cravath with M&A Impact Deal of the Year Award

Cravath received Euromoney’s 2014 Legal Media Group (LMG) Life Sciences “M&A Impact Deal of the Year” award for its role in the $15.8 billion sale of Life Technologies Corporation to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Cravath represented Life Technologies in connection with this transaction.
