Evan Chesler Authors Article on the Evolution of Alternative Billing

Cravath Presiding Partner Evan R. Chesler authored an article, entitled “Alternative Fees 2.0,” which was featured in a special supplement to the inaugural 2010 U.S. News & World Report “Best Law Firms” survey, conducted in conjunction with Best Lawyers. The article discusses the collaborative attention that law firm lawyers and their clients are applying in an effort to address the volatility and predictability problems inherent in legal fees, as well as the utility of billing alternatives such as success fees.
