Evan Chesler Honored at The Town Hall Friend of the Arts Gala

On October 20, 2019, Cravath chairman Evan R. Chesler was honored at The Town Hall Friend of the Arts Gala, held at the Princeton Club of New York. The Friend of the Arts Award honors individuals or organizations whose contributions to the arts enhance New York City’s cultural life. The Town Hall is a non‑profit historic venue that has been an integral part of New York City music, art and culture since suffragists opened its doors in 1921. Evan was honored for his extensive work for New York City institutions, including as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the New York Public Library and member of the Board of Trustees of New York University.
