Evan Chesler Nominated for Chambers USA Award for Business Trial Litigation

Cravath Chairman Evan R. Chesler has been nominated for a 2014 Chambers USA Award in the category of Excellence in Litigation: Business Trial Lawyers. The award, based on Chambers’s research, recognizes an individual’s preeminence and achievements in litigation over the past year. Evan’s notable recent representations include a trial victory for American Express in an antitrust class action lawsuit concerning arbitration clauses in cardholder agreements and trial and appellate victories for Mylan in patent infringement litigation.
