Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

On March 30, 2020, Cravath partner Evan R. Chesler spoke at the “Antitrust Analysis of Platform Markets: Beyond American Express” program, which was hosted by livestream by Competition Policy International. The program focused on antitrust issues involving platform businesses, which facilitate connections between different stakeholders and play an increasingly prominent role in the economy, in light of the 2018 decision from the U.S. Supreme Court in Ohio et. al. v. American Express. Evan, who successfully represented American Express as part of the Cravath team on the case, spoke on a panel entitled “Assessing Anticompetitive Effects and Procompetitive Justifications in Multisided Platforms.”
