Evan Chesler Speaks at NYCBA Conference

On October 30, 2008, Cravath Presiding Partner Evan R. Chesler spoke at “How to Reduce Corporate Litigation Costs and Still Win Your Case,” a program co-sponsored by the New York City Bar Association and the Atlantic Legal Foundation. Evan participated in a panel discussion entitled “Expert Witnesses.”
The program provided practical guidance and strategies for maximizing the cost-effectiveness and productivity of corporate litigation. Panelists included highly regarded federal and state judges, general counsel of major corporations and leading law firm litigators.
