Evan Hill Speaks at ACFA’s and City Bar’s Hybrid CLE “Hot Topics in Bankruptcy” Program

On February 5, 2026, Cravath partner Evan A. Hill participated in “Hot Topics in Bankruptcy,” a hybrid CLE program co-hosted by the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys and the City Bar Bankruptcy Committee. The program, which featured bankruptcy and restructuring professionals, reviewed key developments in the field, including recent failures in off-balance sheet financing, the use of Article 9 and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors (ABCs) for distressed going concern sales, latest developments in Liability Management Exercises (LMEs) and whether bankruptcy remote SPVs continue to stand up to scrutiny.
