Evan Norris Speaks at the IBA’s 22nd Annual Transnational Crime Conference in Buenos Aires

Cravath counsel Evan Norris participated in the 22nd Annual Transnational Crime Conference presented by the International Bar Association and held from May 15‑17, 2019, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The conference covered a range of topics relating to cross‑border criminal investigations and anti‑corruption developments around the world. Evan spoke on a panel that addressed the intersection of geopolitics and cross‑border criminal enforcement and the treatment of claims of selective enforcement in extradition proceedings.
