Express Scripts’s $3.5 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented Citibank, N.A., as agent and arranger, in connection with a $3.5 billion five‑year revolving credit facility made available to Express Scripts Holding Company, a leading pharmacy benefit management company. The revolving credit facility will be used to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on October 26, 2017.
