Express Scripts’s $4 Billion Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, in connection with the US$4 billion registered senior debt offering of Express Scripts Holding Company, the largest pharmacy benefit management company in the United States. The transaction closed on July 5, 2016.
