Faiza Saeed and George Schoen Named to The Hollywood Reporter’s List of the Top Dealmakers of 2018

Cravath partners Faiza J. Saeed and George F. Schoen were named to The Hollywood Reporter’s list of the “Top 20 Dealmakers of 2018” in the publication’s November 28, 2018 issue. The feature recognizes the “key negotiators behind the year’s most game‑changing deals.” Faiza and George were noted for their representation of Time Warner, “a [Cravath] client for nearly a century,” in its $109 billion acquisition by AT&T and The Walt Disney Company in its $85 billion acquisition of Twenty‑First Century Fox, Inc.
