Faiza Saeed and John White Participate in PLI’s 49th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Cravath partners Faiza J. Saeed and John W. White participated in the 49th annual “Institute on Securities Regulation,” which was presented by the Practising Law Institute and held November 8-10, 2017, in New York City. Faiza spoke on a panel entitled “M&A Roundup: Today’s Deal Landscape,” which focused on advising boards of directors and special committees in M&A deals, allocating regulatory and financing risk in agreements and alternatives for transaction liability protection. John moderated a panel entitled “What’s New in Accounting and Financial Reporting?,” which covered implementing the new revenue recognition accounting standard, preparing for expanded audit reports under the new PCAOB rule, the current status of non‑GAAP measures and handling contingencies.
