Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed was featured as a “Dealmaker of the Year” in The American Lawyer. The feature article highlights Faiza’s role in advising Terra Industries in its defense against the hostile bid from CF Industries (which was withdrawn), the subsequent proposed sale of Terra to Yara International ASA and the $4.7 billion topping bid for Terra by CF Industries.
