Faiza Saeed Moderates Panel at IBA's International M&A Conference

On June 12, 2014, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed, Co‑Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions group, participated in the 13th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference, presented by the International Bar Association and held in New York City. Faiza moderated a panel entitled “Stockholder Activism Today,” which examined the current state of stockholder activism and where it may be heading.
