Faiza Saeed Moderates Panel on Stockholder Activism

On June 16, 2011, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed spoke at the 10th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference, presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee with the support of the IBA North American Regional Forum and held in New York City. Faiza moderated a panel discussion entitled “Stockholder Activism Today,” which examined the state of stockholder activism in 2011 and where it may be heading.
