Faiza Saeed Named a 2017 Power Lawyer by The Hollywood Reporter

Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s annual “Power Lawyers” list, which was published in the April 26, 2017, issue of the magazine. The Hollywood Reporter’s list recognizes leading lawyers in the media and entertainment industries, each of whom “play a vital role in keeping Hollywood’s wheels turning.” Faiza was featured for her role advising Time Warner in its pending acquisition by AT&T, Amblin Partners in its strategic partnership with Alibaba Pictures, DreamWorks Animation in its acquisition by NBCUniversal, a division of Comcast Corporation, and the Strategic Review Committee of the Board of Directors of Yahoo in the pending acquisition of Yahoo’s operating business by Verizon.
