Faiza Saeed Speaks at Tulane Institute

On March 22, 2013, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed participated in the 25th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute. Faiza spoke on a panel entitled “M&A and the Media,” which examined the role played by financial journalism in M&A activity. Faiza also moderated a panel discussion entitled “Creating Special Committees,” which discussed issues relating to the creation and formation of special committees, including determining the authority of the committee, selecting advisors and navigating issues related to a controller’s influence.
