Faiza Saeed Speaks at Tulane Institute

On April 15, 2010, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed will speak at the 22nd Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute. Faiza will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Public Company M&A: 2010,” in which some of the year’s key deals, noteworthy M&A decisions and SEC developments in relation to dealmaking will be discussed.
