Faiza Saeed Speaks on Buy-Side Deal Protections at the University of Pennsylvania Law School

On April 3, 2018, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed spoke at a Chancery Court program, entitled “Buy-Side Deal Protections: What is the Current State of the Art and When and Why Do They Matter?,” which was presented by the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Institute for Law & Economics and held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Institute’s Chancery Court programs explore topics in the areas of law and finance. The program in which Faiza participated covered what “state of the art” means as it relates to buy-side deal protections, as well as if and how different buyers are affected based on the deal strategy and timeline.
