Faiza Saeed Speaks on Delaware Law Developments

On May 18, 2011, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed spoke at “Delaware Law Developments 2011: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know,” presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Faiza spoke on a panel entitled “Disclosures and Delaware Law,” which discussed cash-flow estimates, the potential conflicts of interests for financial advisors, dissenting directors positions on a transaction and the scope of disclosure under Section 228.
