Faiza Saeed Speaks on M&A Activity in 2014 at Tulane Institute

On March 27, 2014, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed, Co‑Head of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, participated in the 26th Annual Corporate Law Institute, presented by Tulane University Law School. Faiza spoke on a panel entitled “M&A in 2014,” which discussed recent trends in structuring and negotiating M&A deals, SEC developments and deal financing, as well as case law and current practice developments affecting the terms of acquisition agreements, hostile deals, deal protection and controlling shareholder transactions.
