Ferroglobe PLC’s Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented the borrower, Ferroglobe PLC, in connection with its $100 million revolving credit facility provided by PNC Bank, National Association. Ferroglobe PLC is one of the world’s largest producers of silicon metal, silicon-based alloys and manganese-based alloys. The transaction closed on October 11, 2019.

The Cravath team included partner Sasha Rosenthal-Larrea and associates Winnie Ling, Timothy N. Nguyen, Saagar Kaul and Eugene Kim on banking matters, and associates Richard Bohm and Cecily Xi on tax matters. Falguni Joshi also worked on executive compensation and benefits matters.
