Financière Gaillon 8 S.A.’s High-Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented Financière Gaillon 8 S.A. in connection with its €370 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior debt offering. Financière Gaillon 8 S.A is the majority shareholder of Kaufman & Broad S.A., which is the third largest residential real estate developer in France by revenue. Financière Gaillon 8 S.A. is a portfolio company of private equity sponsor PAI Partners. The notes were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 31, 2014.
