Flowserve Corporation’s Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the €500 million registered senior debt offering of Flowserve Corporation, a world‑leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. Proceeds of the offering were used to finance the acquisition of SIHI Group BV by Flowserve. The transaction closed on March 17, 2015.
