Freeport‑McMoRan Inc.’s Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the sales agents, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, HSBC, Mizuho Securities and Scotiabank, in connection with the establishment of an at‑the‑market program with respect to shares of common stock totaling up to US$1 billion of Freeport‑McMoRan Inc., a premier U.S.‑based natural resources company with an industry‑leading global portfolio of mineral assets, significant oil and gas resources and a growing production profile. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on September 18, 2015.
