Freeport‑McMoRan’s $1.5 Billion Common Stock Offering

Morgan Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BBVA, BMO Capital Markets, BNP Paribas, BTIG, CIBC Capital Markets, Citigroup, HSBC, Mizuho Securities, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets, Santander, Scotiabank, SMBC Nikko, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with an at‑the‑market offering of shares of common stock totaling up to US$1.5 billion of Freeport‑McMoRan Inc., a premier U.S.‑based natural resources company with an industry‑leading global portfolio of mineral assets, significant oil and gas resources and a growing production profile. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on July 27, 2016.
