Cravath Publishes Winter 2026 Issue of Alumni Journal
Cravath represented the underwriters, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the US$745 million registered common stock offering of Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., a global leader in microcontrollers and digital processors. Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. is a portfolio company of a consortium of private equity sponsors including Blackstone Group, L.P., The Carlyle Group, Permira Advisers Limited and TPG Capital, L.P. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 14, 2014.

S high‑yield senior notes offering of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, Canada's Wonderland Company and Millennium Operations LLC. Six Flags is North America’s largest regional amusement‑resort operator with 26 amusement parks, 15 water parks and nine resort properties across 16 states in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The transaction closed on January 14, 2026.
