Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the US$745 million registered common stock offering of Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., a global leader in microcontrollers and digital processors. Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. is a portfolio company of a consortium of private equity sponsors including Blackstone Group, L.P., The Carlyle Group, Permira Advisers Limited and TPG Capital, L.P. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 14, 2014.
