Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

On December 11, 2017, FS Investments, a leading alternative investment manager, announced that it has entered into agreements to transition the management of its business development company (BDC) platform to new investment advisory partnerships with each of EIG Global Energy Partners, a global alternative investment firm focused on energy, and KKR, a leading global investment firm, and to conclude its relationship with the current sub‑advisor for its BDCs, GSO Capital Partners, an affiliate of Blackstone. Cravath is representing FS Investments in connection with these transactions.
The Cravath team is led by partners Mark I. Greene and Aaron M. Gruber and includes associates G.J. Ligelis Jr., Daniel J. Cerqueira and Tamara S. Smallman on M&A matters and partners Andrew W. Needham and J. Leonard Teti II and associates Ashley N. Elnicki and Cecily Xi on tax matters.
