Garfunkelux’s High‑Yield Senior Secured Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchaser, Credit Suisse, in connection with the €230 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield floating rate senior secured debt offering of Garfunkelux Holdco 3 S.A. Proceeds of the offering were used to finance the acquisition of DC Holding GmbH by GFKL Financial Services GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Garfunkelux Holdco 2 and 3 S.A. The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on September 28, 2016.
