Gary Bornstein Named a Rising Star by New York Law Journal

On June 5, 2013, Cravath partner Gary A. Bornstein was featured as a “Rising Star” in the New York Law Journal. The profile features some of his recent representations, including the Special Committee of Delphi Financial Group in lawsuits brought by Delphi public shareholders challenging the firm’s proposed $3 billion buyout by Tokio Marine Holding, as well as his pro bono work for the Urban Assembly School for Law & Justice.
