Gary Bornstein Speaks at M&A Litigation Conference

On April 8, 2011, Cravath partner Gary A. Bornstein spoke at the first “M&A Litigation” program and simultaneous webcast, presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Gary spoke on a panel entitled “Defending and Defeating Poison Pills,” which discussed litigating issues relating to “poison pills” in the wake of Selectica, Yucaipa and Air Products v. Airgas.
