GasLog Ltd.’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented GasLog Ltd. in connection with its $75 million registered senior notes offering. GasLog Ltd. is a growth-oriented international owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas carriers. The transaction closed on May 14, 2019.
