Cravath represented GasLog Partners LP in connection with its $100 million registered offering of series C fixed‑to‑floating rate preferred units. GasLog Partners LP is a growth‑oriented international owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas carriers. The units were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on November 15, 2018.
