GCR’s New York Antitrust Survey Ranks Cravath as “Elite”

Cravath’s Antitrust practice is ranked among the “Elite” in the December 2014 issue of Global Competition Review (“GCR”), which focuses on the best antitrust practices in New York. This is the fifth consecutive year the Firm has been ranked in the highest tier by GCR. The article notes Cravath’s handling of a “wide range of big‑ticket mergers and antitrust litigation matters,” including the Firm’s representation of British American Tobacco, Lender Processing Services and Life Technologies in regulatory clearance matters and American Express in private class action litigation and a Department of Justice lawsuit, which culminated in “one of the most‑watched antitrust enforcement trials of 2014.”
