George Schoen Chairs, and Ting Chen Speaks at, PLI’s 2017 Shareholder Activism Conference

On November 2, 2017, Cravath partners George F. Schoen and Ting S. Chen participated in “Preparing for Shareholder Activism: What You Need To Be Doing Now,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. George served as Chair of the program and delivered the opening remarks and introduction, while Ting spoke on a panel entitled “Institutional Investors: What You Need To Do To Gain Their Trust,” which discussed topics including engagement priorities of institutional investors and maintaining credibility with institutional investors while responding to activists.
