George Schoen Moderates Panel on Intellectual Property in M&A Transactions

On September 23, 2013, Cravath partner George F. Schoen participated in the Licensing Executives Society’s Annual Meeting, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. George moderated a panel discussion entitled “The Role of IP in M&A Strategy and Dealmaking: Views from Different Industries and Constituents,” which focused on the various intellectual property aspects of M&A transactions and their effect on IP‑related valuation methodologies, due diligence activities and integration plans.
