George Schoen Speaks at ALM’s Legaltech Conference

On February 1, 2017, Cravath partner George F. Schoen participated in “Legaltech,” a conference held in New York City and presented by ALM Media Properties as part of a conference series designed to address business and regulatory trends impacting the business of law. George spoke on a panel entitled “How Artificial Intelligence Can Transform Due Diligence,” which discussed the challenges inherent in traditional M&A due diligence, the differences between U.S. and European due diligence and the value of introducing artificial intelligence into the M&A due diligence process.
