George Schoen Speaks on Oil & Gas M&A at the 2016 PESA Legal Seminar

On March 23, 2016, Cravath partner George F. Schoen spoke at the 2016 Petroleum Equipment & Services Association (PESA) Legal Seminar, presented by PESA and held in Houston, Texas. George gave a presentation alongside Credit Suisse’s Global Head of Oil & Gas Osmar Abib entitled “Oilfield Services M&A: Financial, Operational & Legal Implications,” which discussed the current state of the oilfield services market, including the potential increase in M&A and the benefits of alternative transactions.
